The Wish List lets you publish items your school (or group) needs-supplies, equipment, donations-and track when those wishes are fulfilled. Visitors can email the contact member to commit to an item, and admins can mark wishes as filled or remove them.
Adding a Request
Click the large "+" icon to open the Add Thing We Want form.
Enter Item Name, Description, Quantity, Needed-By Date, Contact Member.
Submit; a new card shows up immediately on the Wish List.
Public Interaction
Visitors (or logged-in members with user_code = "G") can click the envelope icon to email the contact and claim the item.
They’ll see a pre-filled subject/body referencing the item, quantity, and due date.
Admin Controls
Fulfill / Un-fulfill – Green check marks the request as filled; red "undo" re-opens it.
Edit - Pencil icon opens the edit form to update quantity/date/desc.
Delete - Trash icon permanently removes the card.
"More..."" Descriptions
If the description contains line-breaks, the card shows “More…”.
Click it to open a read-only modal with full details.
Tip: Use specific titles (e.g., "Basketball - Size 7") and realistic needed-by dates so donors know exactly what to provide and when.
